1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Pulp Business Solutions Limited ("PulpSense") services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Pulp Business Solutions Limited provides business automation services including lead generation, sales automation, CRM integration, and marketing automation. The specific services provided will be outlined in individual service agreements.
3. SMS/MMS Messaging Program
Program Description: PulpSense provides an SMS/MMS messaging program. By opting in, you may receive messages related to service updates, appointment reminders, promotional offers, transactional information, and updates relevant to our business automation services.
Opt-In and Consent: By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from Pulp Business Solutions Limited. You provide consent by:
- Checking a box on a form
- Submitting a form that includes an opt-in checkbox for receiving messages
- Agreeing to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy
Cancellation (STOP): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
Help (HELP): If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at contact@pulpsense.com.
Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Message Frequency and Rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 1–8 messages per day, including transactional updates, promotional content, and service-related notifications. Additional transactional messages may be sent as required. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Content Disclaimer: All messages will comply with relevant regulations. Messages will be identified as coming from Pulp Business Solutions Limited. The content will be pertinent to our services and will include necessary information for you.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Pulp Business Solutions Limited and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
Pulp Business Solutions Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
